Announcement about Registration and Hotel reservation Procedure for EASTS Conference Surabaya

Dear EASTS Regular Members and Conference Participants

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) requests participants of Surabaya Conference to register through website by uploading the scanned payment receipt.
But significant number of EASTS members wrote us the inconvinience of this procedure.
The President and Secretary General have requested LOC to accept the registration and hotel reservation without uploading the receipt.
LOC already accepted our proposal but they can't modify their registration system soon.
If you have not registered yet, please make a registration and reserve a hotel by uploading this JPEG file as a substitute for your receipt [see *NOTE* below].
If you use this file to register, you must come to attend the conference and to pay the fees on site.
Even if you will not show up at the conference or hotel, the registration fee and cancelation fee of hotel will be charged to you.

Please do not forget to change the file name of attached JPEG file to "registration ID and your name" when uploading (registration ID will be shown at registration website).
