 Application for a new IRG
The next call for a new IRG will be announced before next board meeting in Autumn 2012.
Now, we are accepting application for organizing a new IRG. If you are interested in starting a new IRG, please complete the application form, and send it to the following e-mail address:
irg[at]easts.info(please change [at] to @ when you send e-mail).
The application will be reviewed in the coming board meeting in the end of June, 2011.
If you would like to invite cooperative researcher(s) from EASTS regular members, please notify the secretary-general of such intention when you submit the application.
EASTS secretariat will inform EASTS regular members about the proposed plan of new IRG.

The deadline of application submission is June 1, 2011.
Notice of the relationship between IRG and ICRA:
EASTS has been offering research grants to a group of researchers through the International Cooperative Research Activity (ICRA) scheme.
Now only IRG is eligible for ICRA grant, so research group which intends to apply for the ICRA grant in 2012 should be qualified as an IRG in 2011.

* EASTS-ISC provides us the statistics of paper submission to the Surabaya Conference by topic/field. We appreciate that those who would like to apply to IRG refer it.
